Who is Guillaume Gerondeau?

30+ years bridging strategy and execution across the world's leading automotive, technology and consulting organizations.

Guillaume Gerondeau is a senior international executive and strategy advisor with over 30 years of experience in innovation, product, marketing, and transformation.

He has held leadership roles at Toyota, Nissan, Renault, Dassault Systèmes and Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&), across Europe and Asia — leading global product and brand strategies and managing cross-functional teams of up to 400 people.

He played a central part in the turnaround of leading automotive companies: developing Nissan's global product line-up, accelerating Toyota's hybrid strategy in Europe, and rebuilding Toyota's global brand value after the recall crisis. More recently he co-led the Software République open-innovation ecosystem, and co-authored Humanity in Motion, a call to rethink mobility as a system serving people and society.

Today he applies these experiences through The Third Road — a distinctive approach that bridges strategy and execution in complex environments.
